Business Manager

Katie is motivated and hard working individual who prides herself on being prompt and organised which she attributes to growing up with a military background.

Born in Germany, raised in England and now proudly resides in Australia. With experienced gained from having traveled the world, she has excellent communication skills.

Social, approachable and able to relate to all kinds of people from a diverse range of backgrounds she assists the team with any enquiries and bookings within the business.

Hui Yi Ng

Endocrinologist

Hui Yi graduated from Monash University and completed her specialist training in both endocrinology and general medicine at hospitals in New South Wales and Victoria, including Peninsula Health, Eastern Health and St Vincent’s Hospital.

She currently holds public appointments at Eastern and Western Health. She has several clinical and research publications in Australian and international journals and regularly contributes to the teaching of medical students and trainees. Hui Yi believes in a patient-centred holistic approach, which, combined with evidence-based medicine, allows her to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Alicia graduated from Latrobe university in 2011 and has worked on the Mornington peninsula for the last 10 years.

Alicia understands the importance of healthy feet in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Alicia works closely with her patients to develop personalised treatment plans that are tailored to their individual needs and goals. As an endorsed podiatrist Alicia is able to to provide care for patient with ulcerations and infections of the lower limb.

Dr Toni Surace has had an extensive career in the field of dentistry spanning 30 years. Over the course of her career, Dr Toni has successfully owned and managed multiple dental practices, imparting her wisdom to countless dentists through mentorship and training.

Scott McNeil

Endocrinologist

Dr Scott McNeil is an adult Endocrinologist who consults privately at Cabrini Malvern and Bundle Women’s Health at The Bays. He studied medicine at Monash University before completing specialist training in Endocrinology at Alfred Health, Latrobe Health and Peninsula Health. Scott is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and also works as an Adjunct Lecturer with Monash University.

Scott cares for patients across all areas of Endocrinology. He has a strong background in managing diabetes and its complications, having set up a nationally recognised High Risk Foot Clinic. He is also passionate about helping people with weight management, providing guidance on diet and exercise as well as medications when needed.

His practice includes thyroid disease and thyroid cancer surveillance, osteoporosis and bone health, hormone conditions such as menopause and low testosterone, adrenal and pituitary disorders, parathyroid and calcium problems, and endocrine care during pregnancy including gestational diabetes.

Away from medicine, Scott enjoys time at home with his wife Stephanie, a GP in Melbourne, their young son, and their playful Australian Shepherd, Belle. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him cheering for his beloved Sydney Swans
